Patch 299 - 303

- 2vs2 normal arena has been enabled, minimum level requirement 113

- Minimum level requirement for 3vs3 normal arena has been increased to 116

- Minimum level requirement for 3vs3 ranked arena has been increased to 120

- The maximum level cap for Flames of Hell, Kill Rezax the Unburned quest has been set to 117

- A second set of Heaven's Hell weapons has been added (that has stats of Lv 100), with the existing set renamed 1st. If players with the 1st weapon want to switch to the 2nd set, you can do so by raising a ticket. More details can be found here. 
Example:

- The VP feed system has been temporarily reverted until a few bugs are resolved
Players who intentionally vp feed will be punished with a ban.
