This Distance Sales Agreement (the "Agreement") is drawn up in accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği). It governs the sale and electronic delivery of the digital products and services offered through Archonia.Net (the "Website").
Last updated: 14 July 2026.
Article 1 – Parties
Seller: ALTAY BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, trading as "Altay Games" (the "Seller", "we", "us"). Full registration details are set out in the Company Information section at the bottom of this page.
Buyer: the customer who places an order through the Website (the "Buyer", "you"), identified by the account and contact details provided at registration and at checkout.
Article 2 – Subject
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and electronic delivery of the digital products and services described in Article 3 that the Buyer orders through the Website, together with the parties' rights and obligations under Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Article 3 – Products, Services and Price
- The products sold on the Website are digital: virtual in-game currency ("Cash Coins" / "CC") sold in packages, the Chantra Pass (premium season pass), and other virtual items and services for the Archonia game.
- These products have no physical medium and are delivered electronically by crediting the Buyer's game account.
- The essential characteristics of each product, the quantity (for example the amount of CC in a package) and the total sales price including all applicable taxes are shown on the relevant purchase page before the order is confirmed. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
- Payment is collected through the payment methods offered at checkout (for example PayPal, credit/debit card, and providers such as Payop). Card and payment details are processed by the relevant payment service provider; the Seller does not store full card data.
Article 4 – General Provisions
- To place an order the Buyer must hold a registered account and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If the Buyer is a minor, the order must be placed with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Before ordering, the Buyer confirms that they have read and understood the preliminary information, the essential characteristics, the price, and the payment and delivery terms, and provides the required confirmation electronically.
- Digital products are supplied for personal use in accordance with the Terms of Use. Resale, real-money trading outside the Website, or acquisition of products by fraudulent means is prohibited.
- The Seller is not responsible for failures arising from the Buyer's device, internet connection, or the payment provider.
Article 5 – Delivery
- Delivery is electronic. Once payment is confirmed, the ordered CC or item is credited to the Buyer's game account automatically, normally within minutes.
- No physical shipment is made and no shipping cost is charged.
- If payment is completed but the product is not credited because of a technical error, the Buyer should contact us (see Article 8). We will credit the product or refund the payment in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, contracts for the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium, and for services performed instantly in electronic form, fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and their acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal will thereby be lost (Regulation on Distance Contracts, Art. 15).
Because Cash Coins and other digital items are delivered and begin to be performed instantly upon purchase, by confirming the order the Buyer expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges that, once the product has been delivered or credited, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Where a digital product has not yet been delivered, the Buyer may cancel the order; refund terms are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Article 7 – Default
If the Buyer defaults on payment, or a payment is reversed or charged back, the Seller may suspend delivery, reclaim the delivered product, and exercise its rights under applicable law.
Article 8 – Support and Notices
Support requests, order cancellations and refund requests are made by opening a ticket at /support or by e-mail to [email protected].
Article 9 – Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this Agreement, Turkish consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) at their place of residence or where the transaction took place, up to the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
Article 10 – Governing Law and Entry into Force
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. It takes effect when the Buyer confirms the order and completes payment electronically on the Website, at which point the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all of its terms.
