This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains when and how orders placed on Archonia.Net can be cancelled and refunded. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Distance Sales Agreement and Terms of Use, and is provided in line with the Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Nature of our products
All products sold on the Website are digital: virtual in-game currency ("Cash Coins" / "CC"), the Chantra Pass, and other virtual items and services. They have no physical medium and are delivered electronically by crediting your game account, usually within minutes of payment.
2. Order cancellation
You may cancel an order at any time before the product has been delivered or credited to your account. Because delivery is normally immediate, cancellation is only possible in the short window before crediting, or where delivery is delayed by a technical issue. Once the product has been delivered or credited, the order is considered performed and completed.
3. Right of withdrawal (digital content)
As explained in the Distance Sales Agreement, digital content supplied electronically and services performed instantly are exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once performance has begun with your express consent (Regulation on Distance Contracts, Art. 15). By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that delivered digital products are therefore non-refundable, except in the cases set out below.
4. When we do refund
Notwithstanding the above, we will re-credit or refund a payment in situations including:
- You were charged but the CC or item was not credited to your account (failed or partial delivery);
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge);
- A clearly incorrect amount was charged due to a technical error on our side;
- An unauthorized or fraudulent transaction was made with your payment method (subject to verification).
5. When we generally do not refund
- Products that have already been delivered and used or consumed in-game;
- Change of mind after delivery;
- Loss of items due to in-game trading, scams between players, or actions taken by you;
- Accounts sanctioned or banned for breaching the Terms of Use.
6. How to request a refund
Open a ticket at /support (or e-mail [email protected]) with your account name, the order or transaction date, the package purchased, the amount and payment method, and a description of the issue. Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem.
7. How refunds are made
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- After we approve a refund, it is processed within 14 days. The time for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider or bank.
- Refunds are made in the original payment currency; we are not responsible for exchange-rate differences or fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of the related account pending review.
