Patch 293

- Increased max. stack counts of various items to 999

- Discount on Letter of Great Pardon bundle of 10 is now available for a limited time

- Added a new system to prevent VP feeding. 
Players will get skull if they are the first attacker when the target is 6+ Level higher than them (even if the target has skull). 

Our "high VP system" was implemented to protect low levels from harassment of higher levels. We clearly dont want it to be used as a strategy in PvP. And we wont make further gameplay changes in this regard. If this one won't work, we will update our rules and punish players to prevent it.
